The prophet Isaiah testifies to the one who will come, filled with the Spirit of the Lord. As we hear the words of this first reading, may we call upon God’s Spirit to dwell in us as we follow the Lord today.

    Hi Father Andrew. Great homily (as always). No need to post this comment – in fact, please don’t. I just wanted to say for a little fun that the picture looked very familiar as soon as I saw it. I’m pretty sure it’s the same lake and mountains from the opening of The Shining.

    PS – I paid attention to the homily. 🙂
