I lost you message of three steps last week.
I planned on copying it down. It was the best exercise I have read for helping to tolerate depression. It has been many years since Ken moved on to his resting place, but I still face a loneliness that will be with me forever. The three exercises seemed to ground me. If you can forward them it would be a blessing to me.
